Remarks
Although this function appears to have been exported by name as early as ShlWAPI.dll version 5.0, under all Windows versions, it was not declared in ShlWAPI.h or any other header files that were part of the Microsoft SDK version 6.1. Nor was it documented or referred to in the accompanying developer reference. Furthermore, unless it was moved to another executable module or it it no longer exported by name, support for the function seems to have been discontinued under Windows 7.
